"Had a sudden leak near our bathroom ceiling after heavy wind driven rain in Hamden. Another roofer wanted $14,000 for an entire replacement immediately. Kelley came out the next morning, took photos up on the roof, and showed me two missing ridge caps and damaged pipe boot flashing. Fixed it that same day for a fraction of what others quoted. Honest, fair, and reliable."

"Replaced our sagging 30-year-old gutters with new seamless aluminum and gutter guards in Wallingford. We have large oak trees that used to clog downspouts every autumn. The installation crew re-pitched the runs properly so water drains fast toward our yard away from the foundation. No more overflowing during heavy downpours!"

"Kelley Roofing replaced our 1980s colonial roof in Southington. They installed two courses of ice and water shield code compliance at the eaves and valleys, which was critical for our low-pitch front porch. The crew finished in a day and a half. Great communication from the office from start to finish."

"We had Kelley do both our roof and new vinyl siding on our ranch in Meriden. The transformation is unbelievable. The house is noticeably quieter and warmer in winter, and we will never have to scrape or paint exterior cedar shakes again. Highest recommendation."

"Replacing two old skylights during a reroof can be tricky, but Kelley's crew knew exactly how to step-flash and seal them. Through severe nor'easters this past season, zero moisture, zero condensation. Professional, clean, and honest."
